I would like to install an after market Sony or Alpine CD Changer in my trunk. I noticed that their is a 8 PIN cable that runs from the tunner to the truck. I was wondering if their is an adapter that connects to this cable to allow for the installion of an after market CD changer. I do not want to use an FM Modulator. The dealer wants about $1000.00 for a cd changer installed. Also, does the tunner require a software upgrade for the CD changer to work?

It's not going to happen. Nothing, aftermarket, will work. I have tried that already for other people. http://********************/smile/emcrook.gif
