I installed the IPD Short Ram Intake and to make the install easier, I disconnected the plug on the Boost Control Valve. Somebody else with a 850R told me that I need to retrian the ECU with proper boost data.
Can anybody respond within the next 24 hours on how I need to do it??
I was thinking of driving the car 50% boost for about 30 minuntes ans then taking it up to Full boost for the same time with short brakes in between.
Then IPD has a valve to retrian with doing it in much shorter intervals for 4 attempts taking the car up to 50% for only 2-5 minutes. Doing it 4 times, give it a rest and then going full boost or something close to that.
Ideas???
