Haven't found a good how-to on this yet. This is the passenger door panel, the drivers should be similar though I cannot guarantee it.
There are 2 T25 screws and one bolt (7mm I think, I forget exactly) holding the whole door panel in. You will need a long-reach T25.
Step 1: Remove upper plastic surround and unplug harness to it(upper speaker grille with the seat M switches) and remove the silver bolt just in front of the door handle. You will need a good strong trim-tool set as these clips are pretty sturdy. START AT THE FRONT LEFT of the panel. At the rear-right there is a hook that needs to pull forwards that can only be done once the rest of the cilps are released. Photos for clarification. To fully release the trim you need to open the door handle slightly, ditto for putting it back in.
Step 2: Remove window switch/unplug, it's held in by a few clips around it. A thin/strong trim-tool can pop it straight up. Remove the T25 screw now exposed below
Step 3: Remove the T25 screw visible below the arm-rest. No covers, it's just there on the right.
Step 4: With those 2 screws and 1 bolt undone, pull straight UP on the door panel as it sits on some hooks, no clips. It will come right off. The door handle is still connected though, so you can just prop the panel aside and leave it connected to access what you need or remove it if you know how (I did not need to so I didn't).
