How to make a duplicate of the key

Hi,
I have 1 key for a volvo v40 from 2018. What's the easiest way to make a duplicate key? I have an old used key.
What device will clean the old key and program it for my Volvo?

The easiest way is to visit your local dealer. All other methods are questionable, as there is a reason for making copies of these keys as hard as possible.
