I am finding to my dismay that one of the hardest things to do is cancel any subscription or plan that one might have casually signed up for on line. Whether it's the Wall Street Journal, Daily Beast, PornHub, AT&T or any other on-line entity, they all make it near-impossible to find a simple "cancel my subscription" button.

So my question is, how--short of canceling my entire credit card--do I eliminate the monthly $10 charge that I'm being assessed for my Volvo AT&T vehicle data plan? I have figured out that it is a totally wasted $120 a year that does absolutely nothing for me.

you should be able to login to att.com/volvo and just cancel the account..... Also, I am pretty sure that a credit card isn't required to claim the trial. Not 100%, it's been a while.

Since you must be registered with AT&T, then go here https://myvehicle.att.com/#/login to cancel. Click on "Manage" which then displays two options: 1) Disable Auto Renew, and 2) Cancel Service.

I should be taking delivery of an XC40 in the next couple of weeks, and I am looking forward to the VOC app (already downloaded playing with the demo), but not the monthly AT&T bill post the 3 month trial. It sounds like though, the VOC modem is separate and a free service for VOC and weather, and other low speed apps. So after the 3 month AT&T trial runs out, i can continue with VOC. Did i get that right? Thanks so much for the help!!
