My driveshaft is knocking slightly again (they glued it the first time), and I am hearing noise from the suspension in the back on uneven terrain. I tell the dealer these two things. When I pick the car up at the end of the day, they tell me, get this, "No noises will be diagnosed until the vehicle is returned to stock form." They didn't even check the two obvious issues! It is one thing to be mod unfriendly, but I have a freakin UPPER ENGINE MOUNT BUSHING AND A COLD AIR INTAKE and they can't look at the driveshaft and rear suspension???? Who do I call, to get these guys ripped up? The lady I dealt with in the service department was just the bearer of bad news, and claims to agree with me, but I can't let this go! Besides find a new dealer (which I've done, but they're an hour away <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://********************/smile/emthdown.gif" BORDER="0"> ) what can I do about this?... I still have the tech's comments on the paperwork... I'd like about 45 seconds in a room alone with this lazy punk. (He could teach me about Volvo noise diagnosis, and I could teach him level 3 unarmed combat)... Any (non-physical) suggestions?
