Not talking about my exhaust, lol, working on tips! (Impossible to find black ones)
I know it has something to do with camber etc etc...
and I THINK it has something to do with my tires wearing like no other.
My rear tires ( I don't think my front are) leaning in towards the car. So not the
entire surface of the tire is touching the ground. I know I am supposed to know
this type of thing but...I don't. And I want to lower my car eventually, so I might
as well cross this bridge now, what do I do?

then the front:

And yes I know, my car is filthy!

Get your car aligned. If they can't fix the camber angle then you'll need a camber kit.

Re: How exactly, do I fix this issue? (Kallvin22)

You'll need a camber kit (control arms) to adjust the rear camber.
My rear tires wore irregularly (which resulted in a lot of road noise) until I got the negative camber adjusted to a less aggressive setting.

People that do a lot of highway/freeway driving should get the camber set within a normal drivability amount. For the rear of these cars id say 1-2* of negative camber is where it should be.
With my car lowered mines at -2.3* and still within the factory spec lol all green on my alignment print off

Get the Les Schwab lifetime alignment where you can get your car aligned as often as you want.
The camber does look worse with wider wheel/tire though.
Even a Honda Civic nowadays have slightly negative camber on the rear.

Are those Kumho tires? If so, that's your first problem! I had a horrible experience with 2 sets of Kumhos on two different cars...never again.

A set of SPC's 67420 plus an alignment will get your rears squared away.
You can probably find them for 160-180 a pair elsewhere, this $99 is single pricing most likely.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SPS-67420/

Nope, those aren't it. The consensus is that those don't work for our cars. The upper control arms look much different.

Your camber looks a little out there for stock
I also have the SPC arms and have yet to install them, Im just too lazy to have to undo the rear strut again man that thing takes me FOREVER to do

Undo the rear strut? You don't need to when installing the arms - I did that and springs without messing with the rear struts. Get a wrench in there and turn like a gorilla. Make sure to bend that annoying box thing out of the way on the passenger side first, so the bolt has room to go - it's 2-3" long.
