We just recently had our 10k service and I assumed they would have reset that notice when they were done, but it’s still there every time we start the car telling us to make an appt for service. I can’t find anything in the manual that addresses resetting this. We have 2019 XC90 T8. Thanks

You should call/email your Service Advisor at your dealer and ask him/her. You know you'll get the procedure that applies to your vehicle, plus you'll help them improve QC by informing them that one step of the process is not being properly performed.
