I want to replace the orange LEDs that illuminate the upper top of the headlight housing which creates an "eyebrow" when the headlights are on. Has anyone replaced any bulbs in the house with the optional adaptive bi-xenon package? The headlight assembly is quite bulky and it looks fragile.

Hello! Have you had any luck replacing this eyebrow bulb? I purchased an S60 a few weeks ago with a dim yellow eyebrow on the passenger side, and now it's completely dead. I can't see how to access this bulb without taking apart the headlamp (which I know nothing about). Any suggestions?

Thanks! :)

It cannot be replaced without tearing apart the headlight. I tried baking the headlamp in order to melt the adhesive before taking it apart. That effort failed. At the cost of these bi-xenon lamps (even used ones), I won't be trying that again.
