I recently got a 2009 Volvo C30 R-Design and one of the things that I have wanted to do to it is replace the R-Design logo in the grille. all the letters have all worn off. I have the new logo and from what I’ve read/seen, the easiest way to replace it is to take out the grill. But I can’t figure out how to do it from the videos and pictures online. Is there anyone else that knows how to do it or has the same experience as me?

You can use a butter knife to pry it out, or remove the entire front bumper cover. The cover obviously longer but technically the correct way to do it.

i tried to use a butter knife to do that but i don’t know what the tabs look like or where to pry. do you know where to pry and what the tabs look like? i just don’t want to break any of the tabs off and then have to replace the whole grille.

There is a few videos on YouTube you should look for, here’s a pic for reference.
