Removal of parts in close proximity is helpful, like on the passenger side, you can pull out the washer fill tube and it opens up the access. Although I've only done it on my 01, I know 06 is different, not sure how much.

Those small bulbs are a pain to replace. Unless you have the hand of a 5 yr old it will be easiest to remove the air box for the left side and the ECU box (but not the actual ECU!) on the right side. The sockets for the bulb are long and thin. They need to be turned to unlock them and then pull them out. Be careful when turning the sockets by hand; I managed to break one in half because it wouldn't turn. The sockets have a place to insert a flathead screwdriver to help you turn them. Good luck!

It's almost easier to loosen that side of the bumper and remove the light
