i recently changed all struts and shocks on my 2007 volvo s40 2.4. Only did this last week and put maybe 100 miles on the shocks. well the rear passenger side went out and is leaking and rattling. I bought them from rockauto and they are under warranty but the problem is i have to order a new one send the old one back and then i get a refund. so basically for the next week i have to continue to drive on the bad shock. how dangerous is it to drive the car like that? the shocks are new kyb excel g

Keep your speed reasonable, slow down on bumpy roads, and don't do any quick lane changes or other such maneuvers. ;-)
