A lovely pair. On a side note, how do you like the Dunlop Maxx?

Virtually identical at night but easily distinguishable during the day.
Long story short, I wanted the Sport Package which only left me a few colors to choose from in '05 and Black was simply sinister looking (IMHO). My wife has ALWAYS had blue cars so Magic Blue was her only option as she though Sonic Blue was a little too "flashy".
Regards,
Derek

Nice! Our driveway needs to look like that.
I'm trying to figure out if we want to do anything with our '03 XC90 - we love it but we'd prefer a graphite interior and some more options. Ours was one of the very first allocation XC90s in '03, not a ton of options. A new V8 XC90 or perhaps an S60R auto for her, or possibly a C70. We've got the minivan for hauling the family on trips.

nice shining rides....but shining tires would be dangerous to do that on mine (-> I can't allow grease on the sidewall as I use it halfway during cornering and yes I've 2.8bars infront and THE hardest sidewall )

Wow! That's pretty awesome to have both R's. Best of both worlds. The question is who gets the worst gas milage...you or the wife?
I notice you have Swedish in half of the S60 R pictures and Connecticuit in the others. Did you send off for those? They great.

Very nice R's and I really like the subtle mods to your S60. How much did you pay for that Evolve lower grille if you don't mind my asking? It adds a very nice "sinister" touch.
BTW - Why are you spending time with your cars on such a nice day? You should be out taking pictures on the sailboat instead!!! You owe us at least one picture of the boat! Living in Washington, I'm usually stuck wearing my yellow rainsuit ten months out of the year - I envy you. It's the end of May and pouring down rain.
- Tryg

Excellent dry and wet handling and it is very difficult to get the back-end to move out even with DSTC turned completely off and slick conditions. It also has a VERY substantial rim protector.
All-in-all, I would either buy them again or spend a little more for GSD3s...
Regards,
Derek
Prior to swapping winter wheels/summer wheels (and vice-versa), I thouroughly clean each and apply RejeX:
http://www.corrosionx.com/rejex.html
3. As you can't reach around the entire inside of the wheel due to the caliper, I roll the car back about 12-18 inches and repeat #3.
5. Rinse thouroughly and dry!
(Too much information, yeah - most definitely, but you asked!!)
Regards,
Derek
