Is there anyway that you could leave the high beams on with out the fog light cutting off and with out holding the turn signal arm back? Just a question <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/zeroforum_graphics/screwy.gif" BORDER="0">

Try turning your headlight dial to the vertical position. You should be able to click on the brights.<br>Apparently Volvo designed the DRL's (horizontal position) to act like the "always on" except for highbeams must be held. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/zeroforum_graphics/screwy.gif" BORDER="0">

There is a Euro software available that allows fogs with high beams<br>Many/most dealers won't sell it to you but if yours will, let me know and I'll get you the Part number

If you can find one who will hook you up, JRL's your man to get the "inside info."

I work at a volvo dealership. I talked to a tech and he said there is no way.<br>If you have a part number, i'll take it in to work with me tomorrow and i'll find out

I admitted I didn't know about the fogs, but helped him with the highbeams.

You're not wrong it just didn't really have anything to do with what the OP is asking. The foglights turn off when high beams engage and he's trying to keep the fogs on at the same time as high beams.<p>You still trying to put these HID's in?
