Backstory: 04 SR Bulbs went out at the same time..figured it must be a fuse. Checked, replaced a fuse that was broken. Still nothing. Replaced both bulbs and they're still not functioning, went back and checked the fuse(s) and they still look good.
I'm trying to take a look the relays located below the steering column, can't see squat. Is there a method of dropping the whole board down easily so I can see what relay is what? Read a thread that suggested switching CM16(DRL) relay into the CM17(Bixenon) slot and see if that fixed it. Any help is greatly appreciated; please excuse my ignorance.
