Guys,
I just bought some Denso Iridium plugs for the T5 which just crossed 15,000 miles. Looking at the intercooler pipe I noticed it runs straight across the plug cover. No big deal, right, just remove the intercooler pipe.
Trouble is, the factory put the pipe hose clamps right next to the engine block just where you can't get the socket on the clamp. &^%$#@!!!!!
Has onyone else had their plugs changed? Is there a way to change plugs without taking off the intercooler pipe?
The plug swapout was a breeze for my wife's S80 2.9 There's gotta be a better way to do this . . . .
Thanks.

Re: Help! Anyone change their plugs on a T-5? (T5 Dave)

I think you only have to loosen the two screws of the pipe to remove the cover.
If you want to remove the pipe just take out the two screws and move the pipe until you can reach the clamp, maybe you need some kind of flexible part on you screw driver.
