Greetings you guys and gals. I know you've missed the UNO. I'm happy to report that I haven't had any problems with my car at all. It actually been very nice not to have to go to the dealer every other week.
Sorry, I haven't been posting. I've been busy on an unrelated forum. No it's not a porn forum, but another forum that is just as adicting. I'm in the process of rebuilding a 1974 FJ 40 Landcruiser. The project is a complete frame off restoration. I'll be putting in a LT1 350 with a NV 4500 transmission, a 4" lift and 35" tires and a complete body paint/bodywork job.
If you've never restored a car, I would suggest trying it. It's quite the adventure and learning experience. Plus the benefit is that you get to get away from your regular routine and spend quality time with friends who want to help out.
It amazes me that you can get good quality of labor for a case of beer and an Saturday afternoon BBQ.
Nevertheless, I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far.
Best,
UNO

Welcome back. I have a partially restored 1946 CJ-2A Willyz. It has been a fun project but I have debated selling it as it is very hard to find parts. Look forward to the pictures as that is a beautiful car.
If I do replace it, definately a 3rd Gen. RX-7 with an LS1 heart transplant.
