wasn't planning on it, but when I found a 1995 850 turbo for 2000 I bought myself a new rig. As is the custom, I have now found a forum where I can address new concerns in life such as
wet floor drivers side coolant
clunking front end
evap system
small oil leak

not only have I found great leads on these issues, but I now realize that this cars issues are common for the model and at 140000, I havent done too bad. Its a nice car, no rust, straight, couple scratches and bruises, but overall really nice. thanks to all for your posts and I look forward to posting my 850T when it is back to total road worthiness.
so I toast you all with my virtual beer

yeah wet drivers side floor is almost certainly the heater core leaking. Common problem. Its a fairly involved job, but on the plus side you could replace the evaporator at the same time, which is another common failure for 850s.

Re: (SDSUpaintballplayer)

You dont have to take out the heater/evap box to do the heater core.
You dont even have to take the dash out to replace the heater core.
Comes out from the D/S.
