A small chip in my 855's glass headlamp lens has grown into a crack which leaves the upper corner completely spearate, loose and about to fall out. Is it any easy job to replace these? Can anyone point me in the direction of an online how-to? Thanks.
VERY easy. you need 8mm wrench/socket wrench to remove the headlight wiper. Carefully tease the lower headlight cover/trim off (it's held in by clips/teeth in three spots).
On the headlight you'll see a bunch of black clips holding the lens onto the housing. Pop them off with a flathead screwdriver. Installation is the reverse.
Thanks.
I tried to follow this advice but can't figure out how to get the wiper arm off.... i feel like and idiot but..... any help would be appreciated.

Modified by 855turbo95 at 4:28 PM 4-9-2006
