2018 XC60 Inspiration. With the 1st cold weather, my wiper heaters were not working. Looked in the
manual for which fuse. Not listed. Saw headlamp washer fuse and then noticed it also was not working. I
assume the heater is on this fuse. It's a 25 amp MCase which AutoZone and Advanced Auto do not
have in the stores. Went to Annapolis Volvo. They also do not have it and it is not a spare in the fuse
box. My guess is that the washer doors were frozen shut and blew the fuse. If so and if the heater is
on the same fuse, Volvo has a design problem. Customer Care said to go to the Service Manager - who doesn't even have a fuse.
Online I can buy a kit of 10 fuses. Is that my only option?

Tell the dealer to order one and replace it- That should be a no cost item

Also even with the heated nozzles, make sure you're using a washing solution that's rated down to the ambient temp in your area. Heated nozzles are more of a necessity for the aqua blades than a convenience feature, hence, like any car, it's on you to make sure your fluid won't freeze.
