Ok, so I found the pinned topic. Basically Im putting in some new 05 lights on my lady's car and didn't realize how much of a bi7ch it was to do anything on P2 cars. Here is what I found
1) Buy replacement rivets and a rivet gun ready for step 12!
2) Drill out the four plastic rivets inside the wheel well
3) Remove the headlight wiper arm
4) Carefully pull the (usually black) trim panel out of the bumper
5) Now remove the side marker lamp attached to the black trim strip
6) Remove the indicator lamp assembly by pushing down on the release arm next to the headlight, and then sliding forwards.
7) Remove the two plugs from the lower front area of the bumper
8) Remove the bumper retaining bolts
9) Slide the bumper forwards
10) Reach through the gap and remove the remaining headlamp glass retaining clips
11) Remove the upper headlamp glass retaining clips
12) Work backwards to refit!
Thanks Borehamovi
Basically Im just wondering if anyone else has any pointers or things to look out for. Lastly, I was looking for a haynes manual or anything I could find for the 02 S60 awd but found nothing but Vadis to be helpful. Do they even make a manual for the car?
