After seeing these on Vortex and reading that Recaro now offers a wire loop for the side airbags, I was wondering if anyone here knows of someone installing these.

Hey Chris, I am going to be installing some older Mk2 VW Recaros in our Project 245, but I think the whole transaction is going to be a little bit more basic than your application.

And I don't mean just bracket, but some kinda bracket with rail...otherwise you just never going to have people sit in the back.
You would also have to figure out a way to find a new spot for the other end of the seat belt.
There are a lot of ways to work around it and make it happen..just need some $$, time, and effort.
BTW, did you get any new pics up of your car? I'm dying to what else you've done to it. How's the aluminum trim doing? I'm getting my car back next Wednesday... I can't wait!!!
