Has anyone found a website or have knowledge of a company who manufactures, distributes, or retails groung effects for Volvo's S-70 series 1998-2002.

Also, can a 2000-2001 S-70 rear bumper fit a 1998 S-70 T5R? Believe these models have an optional right side exaust outlet. Thinking of replacing exaust system with IPD's dual exhaust from XC version.

Any ideals?

I'm pretty sure MS Design makes a kit for that car. I had one of their catalogs that I picked up in Germany, but I made the mistake of lending it to a local shop who was considering importing and....it disappeared. Otherwise I'd scan it and share.

You could search their website though, I don't think it'd be that tough to find. They're a German body kit company and IPD imports some S60 and S/V40 pieces. I bet they could order you the old bodystyle 70 series stuff also in one of their next orders.

Can anyone speak German? I went to www.ms-design.com and they only have it in German.

When I met them at the Frankfurt Auto Show, they had several staff who spoke English. It's actually pretty common in Germany. I'd just send them an email.

I stock body kits for S60 and S/V40 in London& can ship to north America, although freight costs are high as these kits pack into large but light boxes. Only alternative is to find a shipper in the UK who can consolidate into shipping containers.

Hey Don, didn't MS Design have a kit for the Mk 1 V70/S70 also. Like I said, I lost my catalogu, but I could swear that they had them. Can you get them?

Yes, I did have stock of a glassfibre kit for the old V70/S70. It was sold by VIP in Germany, who have gone bust. I traced the manufacturer to another German firm (not MS in Austria) but they have not answered letters and faxes or a 'phone call I made to them.

I have found that there is little demand here in UK for styling for the bigger Volvos although I do sell some kit for the S/V40.

I e-mailed Scott at IPD and he says that MS Design does NOT make one for the S70.

Any state-side options??

Maybe they're out of production now. Last September, while in Frankfurt, I picked up one of their master catalogs and it had some stuff in there for that car. Too bad.
