Got this laying around???

I need part 10 and 16 for a project. Anyone who has removed the stock air box and is not using them willing to give em up??? I'd rather not pay $100,000 to the stealership if someone on here is willing to part with theirs.

OR, does anyone know where I can get them cheap?

Also, where part 10 and 11 fit together, is that a 3" diameter? Gracias!

Lol Gary, I believe thats a little under 3". Mine is in a box somewhere far away or I'd measure it for ya

Well I have had these parts out, but only because I was tinkering. I still have my stock airbox in though. I think it is a little under 3" as well.

EDIT: Actually I just went outside and measured the outside circumference with a piece of string and it came out to somewhere between 9 and 9.5 inches. I think, if my math is right (c=PIE*d) makes the diameter right at 3 inches. This is a really rough estimate tho.

I was doing a t-belt service on a V50 and busted my tape measure out real quick for ya looks like its either exactly 3" or real close. I can take an exact mearsurement tomoro if you need though.

I gave mine away when I sold my airbox a month or so ago, then realized I wanted it. Oh well...

Ill check, we usually dont forget to put those back on customer cars.... only the bottom splash guards lol

I label them if i do and when they come back in for service i re-install it, keep that between us haha.

I did one just awhile back because it would snap into the lower 90* into the airbox, if they didnt send it back for warranty should still be around. Otherwise i can check my price on one which is 10% above cost.

Hey Forcefed, I priced these parts yesterday and my dealership quoted me $65 for both parts... (eeekk) Im probably gonna have to end up buying them from them cause by the time I pay for shipping from you it'll even out Im sure. BUT maybe Im wrong... give it a whirl!

I did a search and found 30680247 but not the other one. Don't use the last digit.

The guy that is the Online Manager just emailed me back and said that he added the parts...

Air inlet - $21.00
Air inlet upper - $33.01

It would be 45$ plus shipping and tax to get it thru me with my discount... no one seems to have one lying around but ill take a good look later. Been slammed today.

I took mine off the stock air box 2 weeks after I bought the car!

Its all good fellas, Im probably just gonna buy them from Volvo...
