I use Martens Volvo on River Road in Bethesda. If you are in Vienna, it's just across the American Legion Bridge for you. I used to say the same thing about cost, but after dealing with these guys for a few years, I am willing to pay more to get it done right the FIRST time than have to come back two or three times to save a coupla hundred bucks. For me, the frustration outweighed the savings.
The courtesy shuttle to the Metro is more expensive than the coffee, though.
