the s60r was ready today and costed +1500€ ... I denied ALL warranty or goodwill from Volvo coz it's just a joke
The (pressure-group) bearing was totally ripped into pieces (the bearing and the receive-cylinder of the clutch is a combined part).
The clutch plate had still +1mm friction-material above the screws left, they said and the plate looked as new...but because the ripped bearing (pieces of it were everywhere) and why it "exploded" they didn't knew, all "fingers" in pressure-group looked the same....so they adviced to replace the clutch entirely before also, so I agreed.
I know for sure that the new owner will love the car, looks like they keep personal info about owners more secret in this new world I'm in now

Re: FYI : the thing that broke last time on the s60r (JARMO)

I was not aware that the slave cylinder and the throw out bearing were a combined part.
Did the bearing fail due to a failure in the lifetime lubrication. or was it just not releasing fully from making contact with the pressue plate?
It appears that there have been several clutch disc failures that were blamed on "abuse" where it appears that there are several cases of actuation failures that the customer gets blamed as abuse.
Since there was disc material left above the rivets, clearly yours was not an abuse issue, but good luck in ever getting a dealer to understand that.

Bang, then I had that rattling sound comming from front ... opened garage, not aware it was my car but the clooser I came (10meters) the more it was obvious it came from the car ... then I was sure it (the sound) came from under hood ... stepped inside to park inside and then the pedal was also making sound and vibrating when not touched ... By then I realized it was: or the "bearing" or pressure-group.
I know I shift hard.... I never want the disc to slip... but OR the pres-group can't handle that driving or the bearing(slave-cylinder) can't... and I always "neutral" when standing still (lifted pedal and stick neutral) I press brake to not roll back.
