Hi all,

I've done some reading on this and scanned the car today throwing up code - P0184

It does start on the second try and fuel consumption is down by 5mpg.

I cant see where this sensor is on the engine and cant find anything to direct me towards finding it!!!! - also struggling to find a replacement part - surely it must be a generic part? I thought this was a ford engine?

Any help on sensor location and places to buy would be great.

thanks
Alex

Not a lot of Diesel engine cars represented here, the model wasn't delivered in the US. But on the gasoline engine, the fuel sensor is a combined temperature and pressure device, and it's located at the "front" of the engine (cylinder #1) at the end of the injector rail. It is very easy to replace. There are many threads here about it, do some searching on "FPS".
