Contact Information
Name: Brandon
Location: Union, Nj
Contact: PM // [email protected]
Price: $100 shipped
Description:
Just bought a new car and it already has HIDs. So I took these
out of my other volvo since I wont be driving it any longer. I have used them
for about 4 months and never ran into a problem with them. I wish I could put
them in my R, but i cant. So i have no choice but to sell them.
Everything is plug and play, includes all wires, bulbs and ballasts.
One of the ballasts i wrapped in foam because i mounted it in my ecu
box and i didn't want it to rattle or get tossed around. Works like new.
For $5 extra i will include the shunt that has the hole in it which will
prevent a bulb out warning light. Even with this 55w kit you got a bulb out message?
I did the "drill a hole in the shunt" thing, and not to crap on your sale, but the shunt will only last about 5-6 months. That is the life I have been getting out of them once drilled, so I keep a spare with me at all times now.

If you ran these without a bulb warning, and no drilled shunt, I'm very interested.

And the shunt will not only last for 5-6 months. I know someone that put
HID's in his 2001 T5 and he did the shunt mod. He did it in 2003 and the same
shunt he put in 2003, is being used right now. So you must of drilled your hole
too big or not in the right spot or something for it only to last you 5-6 months.
Or it could of just gone bad.
