However 227K miles is 227K miles and nothing brings that lower.

What happend with the headlight wipers and what springs are on it?
Definitely not stock springs but nothing is mentioned as far as I can read.

Headlight wipers were removed (and we forgot to take out the little wiper stops)

The rear springs are brand new stock 850 R springs and the front set up is Weithech IIRC . (I will edit above)

It is an E55 AMG actually. 1 of 64 in the US for 2006. Total US production is 346 units for the whole W211 line up (2004-2009). It still isn't as special as the Volvo though.

Also, any chance you guys can do a comp and wet leakdown test ? @ those miles its my only concern. I'm going to assume its not chipped as there's no mention of it on your list.

The car has never been chipped or modified in anyway besides its front suspension and yellow samco hoses..... Those are the only non-Volvo items on it. Engine, turbo & etc is stock and has always been.
