No worries of noise with this fan. With the 800 rpm version, you can't tell it's on. All you really need to accomplish is move some air under the seat. (not to be confused with moving air IN the seat)
Place a grill cover over the side and suspend the fan above the amp.
Something you might watch for is the rear floor mat isn't deflecting the air flow from the rear heater duct.
