Well i have now replaced my spring seats, wheel seals, IPD HD endlinks (front and rear), and ball joints.....all my HORRIBLE suspension sounds are gone now (still one strange sound i havent placed yet, but not noticeable really). So all in all i am happy.
the reason of anger is when i put on the second ball joint i overtorqued one of the screws and snapped off the head. so when i took it to the place to get an alignment i asked them to extract it (telling them how i replaced all that stuff and this had been the literal last bolt). they call me back hours later (i dropped it off) and tell me they got it out.....by removing the spindle, taking it to a machine shop (who charged them $25 bucks) then reinstalling....all to the tune of $150! I could have done that labor myself and taken it to the damn machine shop if they had told me they were doing that and saved $120 bucks (why i do all my labor)!!!!!
would of been nice for a call....oh and the kicker...they are idiots and said theycant do an alignment on the R because the computer tells them the need a SUM calibration and "some computer thing" to be able to align it....to which i said uhhh no i have had it done at a midas before for god sakes. needless to say i just took the car and ill have it aligned later (if it starts pulling or strange tire wear, cuz right now it is fine)
so overall in summation.....
