Three days after having both of my CV boots regreased and rebooted, my right wheel well begins to clunk whenever I go over a bump. I did my motor mount not too long ago so what could this be and where should I be looking? both front struts have been replaced so it can't be struts.

Have a look at the lower control arm bushings and end links. Just had mine replaced and the bump/clunk is finally gone.

I just figured out the cause of my strange metallic clunking was a cracked strut mount... check yours.

I went through hell trying to find it as it was a mix of clunks.

I found the following parts to be in need of repair.

Strut top mounting nut was loose causing the strut piston to slap, this is located under the strut brace. (tightening was all that was nessesary).
Control arm rear bushing was completely shot, replaced control arms (100$) and about 1hr of on the driveway labor.
Sway bars were good but replaced anyway and found out one last area of problem being the passenger side motor mount.

Once all those were looked at and replaced the car is solid as can be now.

were you able to get the sway bar bushings out without dropping the subframe?
Na I didn't replace those they seemed OK. Only the sway bar links where seemed tight too.
