I have a freshly rebuilt 19t angled flange turbo from Cherry Turbos, 0 miles on rebuild. I think I also have a straight flange housing. I bought this from "YangoTang" on VS and never used it.

Depends. Some center sections (CHRA) use different holes for the water lines. Most CHRA's have 2 holes on front and back, but only one of the holes is tapped. Some use top hole in front, others use bottom hole for the water lines. If your car has the wrong one for this turbo, you need to drill and tap the correct hole, and then plug the other hole.
