I had never heard of Speedhut before this evening, but they offer an interesting designer option... custom-configured, full-sweep electric boost gauges:
Boost only, 0 to 30psi, $109.99: http://www.speedhut.com/el_det...hcp=1
Boost and Vacuum, -30 to +20psi, $169.99: http://www.speedhut.com/el_det...hcp=1
Once you choose the gauge you want, scroll to the bottom and configure it to your liking. You can toggle between day and night views. I might purchase the following when I put together my car's Christmas present (new nav system with boost gauge installed to the left of the double-din opening):
Boost/vacuum gauge with reverse-EL glow, metallic silver face with dark blue text, "Eurostyle" font, free added text "VOLVOSPEED", "anodized black" bezel, and a red pointer.
I can't decide which bezel color would look best, though... the anodized black, silver or blue are all attractive. I'm thinking the blue bezel would clash with the R's gauges - different shade of blue. Also, if you trust them to do it right, and you don't think 13 on your car are enough, you can upload a custom "R" logo for an additional $25.
Your thoughts?
- Tryg

It's 2:15am. Good thing all websites aren't this much fun. If they were, I'd be spending a ton of money and time on purchases. Wait a minute, I'm already spending a ton. Make that 2 tons. Thanks for the web link!

Check this one out.http://www.blitz-performance.c...t.htm I just ordered this. I have a turbo timer but this one is much more advanced and it has a boost gauge with vacuum built in as well .All in a package about the size of a small pack of gum.

Re: Found a new gauge option (Quick Brick)

That looks great. Now all we need is a brushed aluminum guage pod meant to fit in the cubby to the left of the radio. I know someone had a large aluminum piece made to house 3 guages where the origional radio was. Any idea where one could possible have this made?
