These tires are currently mounted on my 18" Ronal R41s. The Ronals are being sold to another SSer and I have a set of Medusas off getting powder coated right now. The tires have under 2000 miles on them and the tread is looking great. Once I have these tires dismounted, I will take pics and share. There are no flaws or damage.
All-Season, 149mph rated, XL load rating.
PROS:
-The tread pattern is extremely aggressive looking. I have received many compliments on how awesome the tires look.
-They have an extra thick lip on he sidewall for curb protection.
-The handle well. I have not had a chance to use them in the winter, but I have had no fear in the rain.
CONS:
-There is road noise. They were louder than the previous set of Michelins on Pegs that I had. It is not unbearable, but it is there.
-They ARE cheap to buy new.
Here is a link to tires-easy.com where I bought them:
https://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/...n=GAN
IF I had an extra set of wheels, I would mount these on there and use them as track tires. I liked how much they gripped for the price and since they are cheap, I wouldn't mind abusing them. I am not the type of person to let things sit around, so they must go.
PRICE:
$125 picked up, potentially more for delivery.
I am currently in Tobyhanna (18466) but I sometimes make trips down to the Philly and Harrisburg areas. If you are interested and are within a few hours, we can most likely work something out.
Thanks for looking.
