I've been looking around and it seems that most homemade FMIC kits for the S60's are just as good as the kits that cost over 650$ but for half the price. Anyone have step by step instructions for how to make one? Or better yet would you like to make one and I'll pay you?? Work seven days a week so don't have to much time! Oh and exhaust. Should I just go with a custom made pipe and toss a muffler on there? I mean I love elevates system but don't want to spend THAT much money. Thanks guys, you're always helpful!

I've been looking on the classifieds but to no avail. I'm not to sure at what angles to bend the pipe or anything. Like I said I can do some basic stuff but this is a little confusing haha. I feel dumb.

Well to start, you don't need to bend any pipes. The kits, depending on which one you buy, come with an assortment of prebent pipes ie....2 straight pipes, 2 90' bends, 2 75' bends, 2 45' bends, couplers, clamps. Once you mount the FMIC you just start piecing it together, identify which bends are needed to get around the various objects and such, use my thread as a guide like others have done, then cut the pipes to fit and bolt together.

If your not comfortable doing it alone you might be able to find a local member who can help you.
