It took almost 2 months for these to get here, but finally they are here.

What could those be?

I'm really looking forward to getting these on the car, but I have to wait until I'm done with my other weekend project, which is siding the garage. Hopefully I'll get to them this week, and be able to do a write up.

Nice! Someday I'll get coilovers, but for now my springs will do. Let us know how the ride is once they are on.

I got them through a somewhat local dealer, which is nice because if I have issues with shock failure or anything else, I can take them back to him for warranty and he will deal with them. I was really worried about this after ordering, and reading some reviews, but he told me today when I picked them up that the design of the shock has changed, and the shock life has improved greatly. They are using different high quality parts now which is a bit comforting.
They are a low end coilover compared to what is available for our cars, and I understand that you get what you pay for, but hopefully these will treat me well. If they are a disappointment, I wil move up to some KW V2's. The total was $1285.

Re: (Revolve40)

What I'm told is his supplier in Phoenix didn't have any for the S40, so they had to order them from Hong Kong. Apparently with the economic downturn they were trying to save money and holding shipping back until they could fill a container, which apparently then got stuck in Customs.
They're here now though, so oh well.
