Their ideas are usually bad ones, and they cram them down everybody's throats. Good on Ferrari for taking a stand, and good on Renault for backing Ferrari up.

They should all threaten to walk. A budget cap is one thing (I don't really endorse it as it's too hard to police) but a two-tiered budget cap is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in any organized competition.

This will make things more tenuous. The teams need to speak as one voice, against the FIA, in <i>this</i> matter.

It would be hard to imagine F1 without Ferrari. FOTA will come up with something and Mosely better agree to it.
