I apologize if this is an existing thread but I couldn’t find anything like it.

I’m wondering who has the most powerful 3.0T Volvo out there, how powerful is it, and what it has in mods. As far as I know, a Youtuber called “Built For Speed” has the most powerful I was able to find so far. He has yet to dyno test his latest setup that has a hybrid turbo, but his last dyno test showed his car made about 350whp and 500wtq.

I imagine the B630 series engine has about as much potential as the likes of an N55/B58, and the VQ engines. Just curious if anyone’s T6 has exceeded those numbers.

I am aiming for 400whp (300kW), but have to fix some issues with the wastegate actuator which isn't holding boost. Last run on dyno was 301whp, but Adam Peterson in Australia's XC60 is a weapon. He has stage 3 Hilton and hybrid turbo like me, and he would be way quicker atm

the 5 cylinder has a pretty good power tolerance. I would say on stock internals anything above 500 is a gamble (especially with the transmission) but still not too bad

I mean, unless we’re dealing with stripped out S60s which I highly doubt anyone has, most powerful pretty much means the fastest

I havent seen a P3 stripped out so its basically just a HP question...
