Since nobody could give me an answer before, I'm trying again.
My fan has a mind of its own. It does NOT stay on after the car is off, but it will randomly choose speeds, and not allow me to choose a speed majority of the time. I have to put it on Auto to get the fan speed to change.
I HAVE REPLACED the power unit. It did not fix the issue.
What else is there to replace besides the in-dash panel itself? What could be the other causes?
