Yes, they had to make a fast charge just before the run. The infocenter warned that someting was wrong. But the crash test dummy didn't learn to read in school!

It's like the airbag. If there is a chance that there is someting wrong with the electric systems, the car will turn them off. Because if it doesn't work 100% right, it could be a disaster.
