No more AWD!! I striped the bevle gear!!!! and now i got to droop 100 bucks for the SVC kit!!!
im bout to sell this car and make an 1932 Ford rat rod!!
Back then stuff didnt brake!! OO well 100bucks aint as bad as your guys prices!! 180 bucks for the SVC kit MUHAHAHAHAHA
I wounder if when i hit that pot hole under accleration causeed this to happen. because thats right when i lost AWD

Nick,
please take notes when you fix yours and see if there are any shortcuts when replacing it. We would definitely want to figure out how to cut down the number of hours (and your $$$

Lots of short cuts but the best is a full lift! LOL!! ahaha i will try to make it faster one trick is useing a "Hex Ball Socket" for the drive shaft bolts
And if you olny replacing the sleve i think i may just push the angle drive to the side and have at her!!
My cost for the svc kit is 109$$ vs. 175$$ cust cost
Juve the servec kit is the spline, spline clip, and some orther stuff. Some greace spline also. I think i get the tranny seals also. Ill get the kit tommro and take pic then send the to X man and he'll post them for me hahaha no inernet at home still!!!!

I assume you mean you stripped the coupling and did not actually shuck the teeth on the bevel gear. That would be a first I think!
Is that service kit 31256246? I just paid $133 for one.
