What do I use to remove the rest of the paint without damaging the actual door.
Here is what I'm talking about:

This is happening on all 4 doors. What solution do I use to remove the remaining paint so it doesn't look this ghetto?

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Pull it off and strip then repaint (or dip). Sides are held by adhesive and inserts. Front and back have no adhesive.

Those look like someone painted them black and didn't properly prep them for paint; the 2001-2004 had a rough rubber molding. You could just buy moldings for the doors from a 2005-2009 which are smooth and easier to paint.

What's the best way to pull them off?
I am too chicken to break them.
There's actually very little you can break, those moldings are ABS plastic. With a tool like a bone tool/bone folder you can pry them up from the edges and slowly peel it off from the door panel.
