Well guys Joey with nautilus performance and I have come up with what we have to agree is the best system out on the market for our cars. So I am trying to put a group buy together for everyone that is interested. This pricing is for the cat back system and if Interested in the entire exhaust system we can work out something (downpipe goes for $900)
Catback includes:
*full 3" thickwalled 304 stainless steel tubing all mandrel bent. and than branches of to 2.5" at rear mufflers.
*all 100% stainless clamps
* 3 mufflers 100% stainless
* custom tips. 100% stainless
* custom built 100 % stainless stiff hangers

The price for the catback system would be $1,050 for at least 6 people. After that we can look into maybe even a better price.

SOUND CLIP
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ankuTuOVo-g

Re: Exhaust system *group buy* interested? (mcevoya)

I think a lot of people would wanna hear a better sound clip first... kinda hard to tell the tone and dB level on that one.

its pricey for a reason. its top quality. and nothing like anything you can get for our cars. If you compare systems no one has a full 3 inch system and everything comes with a easy bolt up setup no mods needed. we can maybe get the price down even more if we get more people interested.

I've read mixed reviews on Borla, would like to look up this specific model to see reviews on it.
So $1050 for the exhaust catback, and $900 for the downpipe? $1950 for the complete setup from turbo back? Include shipping?

You basically just described what Heico, EST, Ferrita, etc have done. Sold a piece of poop for top dollar because its "brand" name. Most custom exhaust work has MUCH more time and energy put into them which is what you pay for... however, what you think its worth is your call.

Custom Work & Development Work is Time Consuming - But some of the Cost Should be Moved to the Next - 20 Pcs. as the First Six Most Likely will be ( Getting Everything Dialed In ) - ( Example ):
- Show Me a Fixture You have made for the - Dual Muffler - Y Pipe -
Welding Fixture to Lay Everything Correctly - Evenly and Proper Angle -
Please .

Custom: Could I Please Get an Aero Muffler , so as The Aero Drag at 115 MPH - is Not Going to be Disturbing - The Under Carriage Air Flow
Make It Optional ? Exactly, my neighbor is a pro which i love yet makes things conflicting when he wants to make a Jig for future ones made. Says without one they will never be perfectly the same which is true but more time consuming when i want one just for myself

ok maybe I am not making myself to clear. I paid for the R&D on this exhaust system. I just had a bola race muffler lying around and they used it in the exhaust system. The mufflers that they use are pro-flow and thats what the 2 on the back are. And this is in no way even close to comparison to ipd or ferrita or EST this is complete custom from the turbo all the way back.

Re: (EngTech)

The kit has alot of parts in the setup we could eliminate the v-band clamps let you use u-bolt clamps (junk) but $100 is worth money plus you can adjust the catback to make it fit perfect on the car and allows us to package the setup in the box for shipping. The kit does not require a shop to install it since it bolts right up to the downpipe cat section so you save $150-200 in labor there. Using Three mufflers is quite expenive but I was thinking we could use a vibrant resonator in the middle of the car to replace the borla would be really nice and save $100 right there and still use the pro-flow muffler outback. The tips are custom made to the car and the piping you will pay $120 for these tips. The custom made merge is made to keep the flow interupted and never let it bottle neck at the split. The pipe are made of the better quality 304L not the 410L etc...... plus everything is tigged for the best quality. Aaron paid for the most expensive part so far time designing it. The setup takes 5-6 hours to build and tig and we have have over $500 in parts and materials too. We will look at some parts options if anyone has advice on what seetup might save some moey let us know. Joey
