Hey, i’ve been looking to find a muffler and tips for my 2012 S60 T6. I want to get the magnaflow muffler model #12265, but i can’t find any aftermarket tips to put on it. Does someone know of any tips that will be able to fit this? Anything helps...

The shop I went to had a large wall full of tips, so any muffler shop you go to should be able to find a set that you like. You need to find some that are 2.5" diameter inlet as that is what the 12265 has on the outlet sides.

I went with a 4" double walled slanted edge tip.

@p.rico This looks great. Both the tips and the pipe from the tips to the muffler.
I used the same tips when I had the Magnaflow muffler installed. Those were the factory square tips and I liked them a lot. They cut them off, along with the bent pipe that connects to the muffler (the black pipe in p.rico's picture) and welded them back to the Magnaflow.

I want say that it is very important that they do a good job with that weld there and you do something to prevent corrosion.
My welds ended up failing and the muffler was hanging down. Easiest, quickest and cheapest thing to do at that point was to get a whole new muffler. I went with a generic muffler the shop had (same shop I had install it). At that point I was looking forward to the car being quiet again.
