Was there an update to the car Don't see this on mine with 3.1.10

This is a Google thing, not a Volvo thing. Google Maps and other apps update fairly frequently outside of the actual car software.

You can try going to the Play store and checking your apps for updates. I'm in the Beta test for Google Maps, and got it today. Looks like it's released for most people as of today though.

Google Maps devs will have to release an update to bring it back. Not really something Volvo can control, though they can influence. I don't imagine it was an intentional rollback.
