After doing the R kelly mod using spa tubing, I am getting a high pitched electric motor sound everytime I push down the brake petal after I start the car. It dissapears once I get get above 15 mph, but it comes back when I shut off the car for a while and start it again. Could the very stiff spa tubing be pushing against something that is causing this noise to appear? Thanks for help in advance.

Did you go near or under the cover that sits next to the airbox underneath it there is a vacum valve check to make sure it is all pluged up or not broken

I actually took it off so I can work with the airbox and tube a little better. I took a video with my cell phone to give you an idea of what it sounds like.

The vacuum boost pump is mounted in that area and it is on a floating rubber mount. If you do something odd to the area, the rubber mount becomes ineffective and things hget noisy. See silver thing.
