I use 10mm Eibach spacers.These are 5mm one wheel +5mm other wheel.

I am not sure if this is the right choice. For the look not som much difference.

For rubbing with 18 pegs, decreased rubbing.
Would you advice me to have 10mm + 10 mm or 15mm +15mm?
If I have one of the above ones, what advantage does it give with springs?

In the back I use 10mm and they do look nicer.
Advantage with springs? I doubt there is any, there may be the disadvantage of fender rubbing if you go 15mm each.

I would advice you to use 10:10 or 10:15 instead of the 5 mm spacers. This mainly because the 5 mm doesn't come with the hub rings. The 10 mm spacers (20 mm axle) come with hub rings so the ring will remain better centered at all time.
