I have heard about IPD, Garret, PES but what makes the most power, drivability, and sense for the money?

That gives some good information for the IPD one, but what about the others? I am also curious what other companies are successful in tuning the 850 properly. Is there an article out there giving the pros and cons to the major chip makers (PES, SAM, IPD, etc)?
