Hoping it’s an O2 sensor or something else minor.

Changed the plugs with Volvo spec 1000 miles ago. Another thread mentioned it and I was due anyway.

Any other possibilities besides O2 and possibly cat?

VIDA will suggest to check for exhaust leaks and then there's always a potential wiring issue - corroded connection, mice damage. Those are a little unlikely but it's worth checking.

Did you reset the fuel adaptations like I suggested in the other thread? I've seen reference to this a few times.

Is the car running okay otherwise - fuel mileage still okay?

I must have missed that part of fuel adaptation. I’ll have to poke around because I’ve never seen that one (on Vida) but it’s worth a try. It still drives great, fuel mileage is a little lower but I’m also using roof bars from having a Thule on top and I haven’t taken the bars off yet.

There is a function in VIDA but it's probably easier to just disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 15 minutes. From what I've read it will do the same thing. Just something else to try before dealing with O2 sensors and cat.
